Return and Refund Policy
Due to the laborious and handcrafted nature of our custom products, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work on all custom orders. This is due at the time of ordering.
After our consultation and quote process, we will provide you with a written order form including a drawing, scope of work, detailed description with measurements, or photos of our similar past work if applicable.
Once you accept and pay a deposit for a custom written order, edits and cancellations cannot be made. If an order is cancelled after we have begun work, any payment made on your order is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any adjustments should be made prior to agreeing to the order and paying the deposit.
***The only exception is if we are early enough in the building process, we may be able to make certain adjustments to your order. This is completely at our discretion. Changes may result in additional costs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Arrigoni does not accept returns of custom products that are not damaged or defective upon receipt. You are responsible for inspecting products promptly upon delivery or pick up. Customers must notify Arrigoni within 5 days of receiving an item in order to initiate a return. We make every effort to ensure your order is built to the exact specifications on your written order form. If for some reason something was built incorrectly, we will attempt to remedy the issue right away.
NOTE: If Arrigoni Design approves a refund, you CANNOT keep the product. You can only get the refund if you refuse to “accept” the product and the item is returned to Arrigoni in the same condition it was originally shipped. Approved Refunds will credited to customer only once the item is received and inspected by Arrigoni Design.
If you are unsatisfied with one of our non-custom products, please contact us to start a return at email@example.com. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in brand new condition. Returned products must be in original packaging with all packaging materials necessary to ensure safe transit.
Credit Card Charge Disputes For Refunds:
If a customer creates a chargeback for an item they intend to return with their credit card company before it is received and inspected by Arrigoni Design, the final refund amount Arrigoni Design will credit will be net less 6% of the total amount, reflecting the fee charged for a the dispute case regardless of the outcome.
Any shipping or handling costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Return shipping is prepaid by customer unless item arrives defective or damaged.
All products must be returned in its original packaging or in a similar manner than ensures safe travel. Returned items must be received by Arrigoni Design within 14 days of receiving notification of your intent to return.
Returned items must arrive back to Arrigoni Design in the same shape they were sent out in order to receive a full refund. If damage occurs due to poor packaging for the return shipment or damage by the customer, the amount refunded will be reduced by estimated cost to repair the item back to its original state.
Once your return has been delivered back to Arrigoni, please allow up to 5 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
All products are the responsibility of the customer once it is delivered safely. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to our product during improper installation or any time after. You will be given instructions on how to install and take care of your product. Keep in mind that our products can be damaged if not properly cared for and stored. We only give refunds in accordance with our refund policies stated here.
